Regarding the provisions for publishing research journal manuscripts, we are currently focusing on publishing manuscripts in back issues. Some submitted articles will be confirmed with the authors to determine whether they agree to have them published in a back issue or in the next edition. It should be noted that publication in back issues is entirely voluntary, with full authority over the accepted article remaining with the author.

We offer open access to the POLAHI journal with a rigorous review process.
